What Makes This Position Unique?
- Full-Time Caseload – New team members will quickly establish a full caseload of approximately 20-25 direct client contact hours per week.
- Flexibility to Pursue Your Clinical Passions – Whether you are interested in individual therapy, group therapy, parent consultation services, or psychological assessment (though not required), we support you in shaping a role that aligns with your expertise and career aspirations.
- Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Approach – We value diverse theoretical orientations, with an emphasis on integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relational approaches to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Commitment to Ongoing Learning – Our practice offers individual supervision, group supervision, peer consultation groups, and monthly didactic trainings to licensed providers in addition to our trainees. We want to ensure you are professionally fulfilled and that our staff remains at the cutting edge of the field. A yearly stipend for continuing education is provided to further your professional development.

Who Should Apply?
We are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, and compassionate psychologists who are eager to
grow within a dynamic private practice setting.
● Candidates must have earned a Psy.D. or Ph.D. from an APA-Accredited institution and have completed an APA-Accredited pre-doctoral internship.
● Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia.
● Experience and passion for working with children and adolescents is essential.
